Sortd Beauty and Your Face By Grace (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provide luxury on-location hair, makeup, and beauty services throughout Miami and destinations worldwide. By booking a service or making a payment, you agree to the following terms.

Services

All services are performed by qualified artists who uphold the highest professional and hygiene standards. Services are provided exclusively on location — at your home, venue, or destination — and are subject to artist availability and travel approval.

Payments

Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
For standard services, payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.
For weddings and special events, a signed agreement and deposit are required to reserve the date. A booking is not confirmed until both are received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee based on the total service amount.
Frequent cancellations may require advance payment for future bookings.

Weddings & Special Events

Wedding bookings require a signed contract and deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable after the timeline stated in your agreement.
Final payment terms, artist minimums, and travel details are outlined in each client’s contract.

Refunds & Adjustments

All services are final once rendered. We do not offer refunds for completed services, as artistry is subjective. If you have a concern during your appointment, please let your artist know so adjustments can be made in real time.
Product sales are final unless defective upon receipt.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing a clean, well-lit space and timely access for the artist. Please disclose any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment.
We are not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed sensitivities or third-party products provided by the client.

Photo & Media Consent

By booking, you consent to Sortd Beauty and Your Face By Grace capturing and using photos or videos from your appointment for marketing and portfolio purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your artist before the session begins.

Liability

All products and tools are sanitized before use. While every precaution is taken, Sortd Beauty and Your Face By Grace are not liable for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or any conditions that may occur during or after services.

Privacy & Data Use

Personal information collected through our website or booking system is used solely for communication, scheduling, and payment processing.
We do not share or sell client information.
All transactions are securely processed via Stripe and hosted on Squarespace.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in Miami-Dade County.
